When it is time to turn around, one of the first transitions you learn is the jibe, a downwind transition. Today we have the "legend" Harry Andrews with us to go over the key points to be able to nail your first jibe. Take it slow as repetition is key. Watch this video and practice it on the water. When it come to picking the right foil for you, there is a lot to consider. In this video, we go over the difference between low aspect and high aspect foils. One isn't necessarily better than the other, but they actually complement each other really well. Think of it like an air plane and the difference between a fighter jet and a glider.

They invited us to spend a day on their sail boat so we brainstormed some ideas to make the best out of it. Foiling, e-foiling, wing foiling, kiteboarding, etc... we considered it all, but with the super light wind condition, we decided that foiling behind the sail boat was a unknown and worth a shot!

The question was could we foil under sail? The day became an adventure we all will remember forever! Thank you Billy and Sierra.
